Missing info on my Credit Report!!!!

Hi everyone any help will appreciated with this. i have just checked my report with experian and there is alot of info missing. has anyone ever experianced this??
this is a copy of the email i sent them,
"Hi, could you please tell me why there is no record of my HSBC credit card on my report and Vodfone mobile contract. A few months ago these were shown on my report but they are not there now. Also in July 2008 i reapplied for a new loan with HSBC and they has not been updated. I moved address in July 2008 and registered on the electorol roll this too is not showing. Could you advise me as to why all this info is missing"
What do think i should do????

i had this a week or so ago. All of my debts but one very small one disappeared and my score was 999. checked again today andit's back down to 862 with all my debts showing again!0

Don't get hung up on your credit 'score' as the numbers you quote are pretty meaningless. These are a marketing gimmick which do nothing but lull people into a false sense of security. The figures are based on the average score amongst consumers listed with that organisation and nothing more. There is no such thing as a National Score of the population, therefore a true figure can never be established or even estimated.
What's important is your overall credit rating (employment status, repayment status, accomodation status, available credit, debt etc) sometimes refferred to as the score.0 -
I had something similar - no accounts or searches showing, and stated as not on the electoral roll, which I am.
When I asked Experian to check, they found that the address I had registered with them was slightly different from the Council's version. When that was manually corrected, everything (unfortunately!) showed up.
Contact Experian and they should be able to sort it out.
