Looking for an all-in-one printer for my daughter for school work. Prefer it to be priced less than £40. Have seen another post here which refers to a HP printer at John Lewis.
Want one whose ink replacement does not mean i have to re mortgage the house.
Thanks in advance to those who replied.

Ah, you have a problem then because the cheaper they are, the more expensive the inks. You're best putting another £20 to it and getting one that has individual cartridges for each colour.0

i bought an EPSON dx4400 from tesco , has scanner photocopy and print functions, inks are relatively cheap and last a reasonable time.
I paid abot 50 quid, not sure if still available though

Hi, under £40 and pay may times that for the inks over the life of the printer. Look at the budget and try to go for a black and white all in one laser unit
(Brother). Much higher print quality. Print / Scan / Copy. (Scanner is in colour by the way for images to the PC)0
