My main creditor was Barclays, I owed them just short of £25,000. My IVA was in November 2003 though and all they did was send me a letter saying they would look forward to receiving my IVA details from my supervisor. No phone calls, threating letters or pressure. Not sure how things are now though.
All the best with your IVA.

Hi our main creditor is Barclays and we've been in our IVA for 3 years. They did ask for one alteration to the original proposal but other than that have caused us no hassle at all. HTHDo what you love :happyhear0
