Limit on items to sell?!

What on earth is this new eBay policy? Can you only sell a limited about of things in certain categories? I've been trying to revise some items and add some new ones and it says I've reached my limit - what on earth is that in place for? :mad:

Sometimes you get similar messages if you've racked up a large amount in fees, worth checking out.

Thanks for the reply Fay. I hardly think £9 is a large amount in fees?! they are all items in health and beauty - wil that make a difference?

I've had that message loads in health and beauty, it is one of their high risk categories so there are limits. And for some inane reason, it counts revisions the same as new listings. :rolleyes:

I have found though that if you wait a day or two you should be able to revise the items eventually.

Are they branded items you sell? That could be the reason.

Also, watch out if you're trying to list any Maybelline (spelling?) items as I know they don't want their gear on ebay and you'll get it pulled and have your botty spanked (in the form of a VERO warning).

Me too. Wouldn't let me list Boots No7 or Lancome. Waited a couple of weeks and managed to list one Boots item. Not tried the other yet.
