anyone know the charges? Telewest.co.uk has a pdf guide but cant see reference to 0845/0870

Under UK non-geographic calls it refers to Local Non-geo Rate Number and National Non-geo Rate Number. I presume that these are 0845 and 0870, respectively.
So 0845 is daytime 3.95p/min / evening 1.49p/min / weekend 1.00p/min
0870 is daytime 7.91p/min / evening 3.95p/min / weekend 2.00p/min
