    Ferreting out the bargains :)
  • Just come back from Lush at the Ocean Terminal in Edinburgh and they have loads of gift sets.

I spent £30.00 and had two free gift kits that would have cost me £49.95 and £39.95 before Christmas!

They don't do online sales. Well they didn't used to when I knew them, so I can't guarantee it, but I doubt they've changed

I've just been the lush in Birmingham and spent 15 and got a 25.00 gift set free! The girl behind the counter told me (as I was saying what a great deal it was) that if I had come the first day of the sale they had 80 and 60 pound gift sets which went like wild fire with a purchase of 15 pound. One lady brought about 20!
But if ever I stray from the path I follow
Take me down to the English Channel
Throw me in where the water is shallow And then drag me on back to shore!
'Cos love is free and life is cheap As long as I've got me a place to sleep
Clothes on my back and some food to eat I can't ask for anything more

Bit disappointed as i bought £15 worth of stuff and the assistant said i was only getting a certain type of gift box which was displayed on the floor. So the gift sets we were getting were not over £20. Boo hoo......
This was from our Aberdeen Store.
Envy is the most stupid of vices, for there is no single advantage to be gained from it.:A
  • Gosh! Do they do this ebery year?
  • They do do this every year, and although it's a fairly expensive shop IMO it's worth it in the sale
  • I find the gift boxes to be a bit of a rip-off - full of things for the bath so not much good if you are the showering type. I bought my regular face cream - Afterlite - @£15 & got a £35 face cream for free (not tried it before). I wouldn't dream of spending £35 on a product just to 'try it' so this offer is great !!
