Gas transportation charges

My house is 5 years old, and when it was built, the pipelines were not installed by transco, but by a private firm which charges the gas suppliers for using them. Some gas suppliers pass on this charge to the consumer, and some don't.
Up to now I have been with EDF energy, as previously they haven't passed on the charge. This has now changed, and I'm being stung for an extra 11.5p a day on top of the recent price rises. I'm looking at changing suppliers but none of the comparison sites take the gas transportation charge into account.
Does anyone know which Gas suppliers don't pass on gas transportation charges?
