Is Bangor in Maine going to be classed as their New York airport ?
Well that's where most of the flights will end up - complete with a fighter escort.

Can you imagine O'Leary coping with US paranoia - sorry rules - on prenotification of passenger details / visa requirements

if it lands in Maine, i ain't going...

if it lands north of Maine.. i'll go...

ideally.. nearer to new york will be preferable... so...atlantic city it is!

If you land north of Maine you will be in Canada, if you land in AC then you will need a body guard ;)
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.
