Only 60 Days To Transfer Cash?

I just rang virgin to apply for a credit card but asked for all the info before proceeding. I found out the 0% rate on transferring cash into my current account is only for 60 days and then goes to 16%.
I'm new to the credit card world, is this normal, I explained that I would need to transfer cash to my current account regularly during the next 6 months or so and he suggested that maybe this wasn't the right card for me.
Are there any cards that offer a longer period for regular cash transfers at a low rate?

Just send the max allowed (95%) to your current account at the outset.

Save the cash in a high interest instant access account (if you can find one!) until required for your business (read your other post).

Whether you transfer £100 or £15,000 the monthly payments will be the same...£25.

Or failing that, take a look at the Egg Card (Visa) and see if that has a similar restriction. However, monthly minimum payments on this card are 2% of the balance.
