HI I wonder if anyone can help I am looking for hire a car on Sat 22nd, I wont be back until 8pm ish and since most close around 1pm on a saturday and do not open Sunday I need it til Monday. The driver is 22 and I am having problems trying to find somewhere cheap I am getting quotes of £70 plus. I need it from Stevenage. Does anyone know a cheap car hire that is in Stevenage

£70 sounds pretty cheap. Many of the larger hire firms won't touch a driver under 25.

Thanks I decided to go with that one, but when ringing and booking he said it would be £150 as I would need to pay a premium as he was under 23, crazy. I am not going to bother they can get the train it will be cheaper, thanks anyway

try vauxhall dealer in your local area mate they are quite cheap i was 21 when they loaned me an astra 1.6 sxi for 12 a day plus 3 quid young driver surcharge but they require a £250 deposit on a credit/debit card
