You can request a copy of the CCA at any time (with £1 fee). Has she missed payments or has the debt been passed to a debt collector?
Also, if she is thinking of contesting the debt, was the agreement before April 2007?

Contesting a CCA is usually done after payments have been missed and the debt is being sold on or has been sold. If she is currently meeting the minimum payments, be careful in contesting the CCA - if you are still using the card it may be considered fraud. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
