Just a vent at the long time taken. I bought one amount of fabric from their sale. Ordered and money taken on 28th october. 16 days later and am told it will take another week :mad:

what fabric is it?

i returned a few bits this week (ordered an amount, then realised it had gone down in price, so ordered it again) and commented to the staff at how the system isn't great at keeping people informed of despatch dates.

to be fair, the high street and the internet seem to be two completely different operations.
