Problem with Communication between Computer & Printer

Hello
I have a HP Laserjet 3050 Scanner / Printer
I recently moved my computer to a different room, before I did that the printer was scanning and printing with no problems at all. I plugged it back in, now the computer is not recognising the printer is connected to it. I have checked the USB cable on another computer/ printer and thats all fine. I am running Vista - please can you help?????

just out of interest, are u running the usb cable through a usb hub? if yes, just try plugging the cable directly into the pc's usb port:)BLOODBATH IN THE EVENING THEN? :shocked: OR PERHAPS THE AFTERNOON? OR THE MORNING? OH, FORGET THIS MALARKEY!
