Saw this in the flesh this morning, looks good very surprised at pricetag its definatley worth it. Beware it doesnt say m4a files, so if your like me and have a huge ITUNES library and have imported in m4a format then this might not play it but im not sure?

Only pink ones left at my local which I decided against ;-). Has anybody got one and tried one? What are they like, menus and navigation, have you tried the memory slot and how does it handle ID3 tags ?

If you have DRMed files from iTunes they will only play on iPods.
Mp3 and unDRMed AAC file will pay on any player that support these formats.
Does anyone have photo of the box where the specifications are listed the website has few details. Looks like a good deal, if the player is ok?Seth.0 -

I bought one today, whilst it looks like a good deal the packaging looks very cheap and tacky, not to mention the fact it says Aldi in bold on the front. Its a present so I can't open it. I can only imagine it will be very flimsy inside. I bought it for my husband for xmas thinking it would be great but I have now decided it will just be a stocking filler as the quality dose not look great at all.0

thanks for that shadej!
ill be interested to see if anyone tries one out?
The laptop in Aldi mag was looking attractive for that price and that size (12 inch screen, decent spec @ £500) - the major downside is it has a butterfly in swarkovski crystals on the outside
Going to look good at business meetings with my twinkling laptop aren't I?!
