I got an email from Topshop about this:

1. Successful players of the Game will be awarded a gift selected at random by Topshop from the following:
2. One top gift of £1,200 to spend on clothes at www.topshop.com (£100 per month over a 12 month period);
3. Two top gifts of £720 to spend on shoes at www.topshop.com (£60 per month over a 12 month period); and
4. Runners-up gifts of twenty £100 Gift Codes, twenty £50 Gift Codes and twenty £20 Gift Codes (all to spend at www.topshop.com) and thousands of Gift Codes for 10% off on orders of £60 or more at www.topshop.com.

These terms and conditions set out the terms of the agreement between Topshop and you. By taking advantage of the Fairy tale giveaway (“Giveaway”) you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. To benefit from the Giveaway you must play the Fairy tale spin the wheel game (“Game”) at www.topshop.com between 13 November 2008 and midnight GMT on 12 December 2008.
2. You can only win the Game once per email address.
3. If you successfully complete the Game, you will be prompted to provide your email address. You will be immediately notified which gift you have been allocated via that address.
4. Successful players of the Game will be awarded a gift selected at random by Topshop from the following:
   1. One top gift of £1,200 to spend on clothes at www.topshop.com (£100 per month over a 12 month period);
   2. Two top gifts of £720 to spend on shoes at www.topshop.com (£60 per month over a 12 month period); and
   3. Runners-up gifts of twenty £100 Gift Codes, twenty £50 Gift Codes and twenty £20 Gift Codes (all to spend at www.topshop.com) and thousands of Gift Codes for 10% off on orders of £60 or more at www.topshop.com.
5. Players receiving the runners-up gifts will receive a unique code (“Gift Code”) via email with which to redeem their gift at www.topshop.com by entering it at the ‘online checkout’. Players receiving one of the top three gifts will receive instructions on how to claim their gift via email. The top gifts will also be in the form of a Gift Code to be used each month.
6. If all gifts are allocated prior to midnight GMT on 12 December 2008, the Giveaway will finish early and you will no longer be able to play the Game. As the gifts are selected at random, Topshop gives no guarantee that all the gifts will be available for the duration of the Giveaway.
7. Topshop’s decision in relation to the Giveaway is final.
8. The Runners-up Gift Codes will be valid until midday on 19 December 2008.
9. The Gift Codes may only be used once in full or part payment against goods sold on www.topshop.com. If the value of the goods purchased is less than the value of the Gift Code, you will not be reimbursed the unspent amount. Gift Codes may not be exchanged for cash.
10. Any refund of an item purchased using a Gift Code will be made in accordance with Topshop’s Returns Policy (see www.topshop.com for further details).
11. The gifts are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
12. Topshop will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the Gift Codes.
13. The gifts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions, including the student discount.
14. The Giveaway is only open to residents of the UK, Eire, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark, Italy and Australia (due to shipping restrictions).
15. This Giveaway is not open to employees (or their families) of Arcadia Group Limited (or any of its associated companies or agents) or anyone else associated with this Giveaway.
16. Player will be deemed to be the person to whom the email address (provided on entry) is registered.
17. No purchase is necessary to play the Game.
18. Details of the players receiving the top three gifts will be made available for up to two weeks after 12 December 2008 by sending a SAE to: Marketing Department, Topshop, Arcadia Brands Group Ltd, Colegrave House, 70 Berners Street, London, W1T 3NL.
19. Topshop will not be responsible for any telephone, network or computer failures or delays of any kind that may cause potential players to be prevented from playing the Game.
20. Topshop reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry; and/or (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to player and potential players).
21. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If it's still spinning might be that it's not going quick enough yet - you you have to keep clicking and spinning until it gets to the right speed, then it stops.
