    tbh as a photographer (and I am CERTAIN any graphic artist would feel the same), if I found someone using one of my images without permission and they were in a position to afford to pay I would sue for breach of copyright.

    If I could prove ownership (easily done simply by having the original High quality image available for inspection in court) its an open and shut case, I win you lose, the only question is how much would it cost you!

    I don't know what resolution is required but apparently more than what is currently is. This is one of two images.
  • At 2cm square, the image will barely be recognisable.

    Resizing to 2cm square & upping the resolution on that will take about 2 seconds on Photoshop.

    It does still beg two questions:

    How visible is it going to be at that size?

    Are there any copyright issues?
