FT online reports "the remainder of the banks 200,000 customers will be contacted over the next week and the FSCS hope to reimburse all Icesave customers by the end of November". Almost certainly sloppy reporting but let's hope not.

PlusNet were experiencing email problems yesterday so it is possible that the one reported second email (which was to a PlusNet customer) was an email delayed from Friday (?) Don't know if the lucky recipient can comment further on that.

Incidentally the PlusNet support page reports that the error message that comes up where there are problems has the excellent wording "recipient not liked".

Here's hoping for better luck today. Come on FSCS send out some second emails at the weekend as you promised.
