...and 200 yards, mega - if I hit that 1 in 20 off the driving range I'd be flushed ! (these were some vain attempts to play several years ago, but unfortunately my achilles heel was that I was not allowed to pop the ball onto a tee on the fairway!).

I'd love to be the first of the day to report my second e-mail but sadly I can't. There seems to be neither rhyme nor reason with these e-mails, not even a regular time of day when they get sent out. I didn't think that it was possible to feel more miffed than I did yesterday but it is!
