Please help, search not doing what I want?

I had to do a virus scan last night on my pc (i use mcafee) as my daughter clicked on a suspect link from bebo, anyway that went ok but I wasnt able to log on to the internet.
I spoke to Mcafee who ran through some things with me and now it's all ok.
The problem is when I google something I get the page Im looking for but on top of that I get a page from "sitesearchinternet" with there links on it first?
Can anyone help as to why this is happening?

Are you sure it was a Google search, has your search engine been changed.?

Hi, yes it is google, when I type into google search bar..lets say...Tesco...I get the google page up with the various options, its when I click on Tesco that 2 pages come up 1 Is tesco the other is this sitesearchinternet.

Yeah, it's still got malware on it.
