Call of Duty 5 PS3 + 360 £27 @ Asda

My wife telephoned Tesco at 21:30 and was told that they didn't know the price as there was going to be a price war with Asda. I queued up at Tesco and it was being sold for £39.71.
The PC version was £27, but not 360. Still bought it and it is well worth it, amazing game!
I have only 1 question....if Tesco drop the price to match Asda, will i be able to get the difference back? i could return it saying it doesn't work and can i have another one, which would be at the lower price i suppose???
Any help here would be great!!

If it is a price war, Mr T's lost fairly comprehensively...afaik it's now 40ish in tesco, 35 in sainsburys and 27 in asda...

Sold out at our local Asda so have sent hubby off to Gamestation with the advert to get it price matched

Have driven all round the area today trying to get this price matched or bought. No luck, Asda had it in xbox but sold out of ps3. Tesco was 39.71, sainsburys was 34 ish, morrisons 39.99, pc world wouldn't even have it for 4 days! None of the above would price match-does anyone know if currys will? Disappointed of Woodley.

i went currys this morning as tried 3 asda's and all sold out and curry's price matched minus additional 10% so only cost £25.69 bargain

went into tesco at 9.30 lady said it was £39.99 so of we trot to asda and 3 on the shelf at £27,bloke told us they are selling shed loads hour by hour.....hubby and son on it now and say it is 11 out of 10 mmmmmm I dont know boys with their toys eh....means I get peace all aftie....yay...thanks OP for pointing this out.

Asda near me had sold out of it on xbox but said they would have more tomorrow. Sainsbury's had sold out. Tesco was £39.71 :rolleyes:
