DD, it's about two teenagers who basically live on the same street but one rich, one poor and all the preconceptions they both have but they've just met and seem ok at the mo. just sad that such huge differences exist.Mortgage OP 2025 £7500/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Well something really nice happened at work today.
Every year I take a donation to our tourist info centre of some toiletries and a box of chocolates for the local woman and childrens refuge for Christmas gifts. Without donations these families would probably have nothing at all on Christmas day, anyway I though that I might put the word around at work for donations from other members of staff.
The Principal of the college got wind of it and has offered £300 to buy some gifts. I was put into contact with a representative of the refuge via the tourist info centre and she has told me the type of gifts they need.
So next week I am going shopping on behalf of my employer to buy lots of lovely things for the women and kids:j I will of course be looking for 3 for 2 stuff to make sure I get the best deal for them too:D
How kind was that of him:ABut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
