    hi all, from first post, is this list more relevant?? ive used the box at the bottom to add things and other is just my life cover for mortgage..thanks in advance..double checked figures and amended marginally

    comments much appreciated, ill be getting rid of sky, not bothered about that at all, so should i put it in? just that my contract isnt up for 3 moinths??

    in section 4 where it asks re: unsecured creditors..im guressing anything covered in essential outgoings doesnt need listing?? is that right?/

    and is this the same for secured creditors?? ive put my mortgage in my list of essential outgoings and want to keep paying as such..does this still need to be listed as a secured creditor in the creditors section?? thakns#

    I think if you owe money to anyone, it should go in there. Even if it's repeated in other sections. There's a lot a repeating on the forms. Do you owe for utils?

    thanks...i dont owe any extra than what my monthly paymeny is on utilks etc...where i fell behind is on my debts that werent seen as essential with regards to bankruptcy..do the utils info need to go in section 4? i had been told previosuly they didnt as the amounts were covered in my outgoings and they werent (hopefully) going to be part of my bankruptcy??eeek...thanks..leaving in 20 mins

    If you're upto date with payments and you don't owe them any arrears, then they're not creditors.
    Debt free by 2025?
