didnt exchange details stapeley no the person i was pushed into I know from kids school and everything ok on that front no damage no injuries

hi all to date no ccas havent yet sent the 12 +2 letters hope it not too late! Have been informed by my dma that one of the creditors has passed the debt on again instead of sending me my cca:mad: so have phoned the FO who said phone the ICO who said phone the CSA who said phone the OFT who said phone the CAB who are closed today:mad: so not getting anywhere fast but still gonna send those letters:p

hi all again also today i have prepared a letter to my catalogue people who despite accepting payments for 2 years have the gaul to past it on to a dca so I have wrote quoting the dmp and they have had payments for 2 years etc etc enclosed proof of payments also asked for interest and charges to be frozen and requested a breakdown of the account seeing as it has doubled since taking the dmp on instead of going down thanx to the interest i shall let u know what response comes
