A word of thanx...... progress diary

......to all who have helped out and posted advice to us from april this year when things got nasty. We have turned a major corner today in achieving a goal to get a stat demand set aside, thanx to everyone on here we have just about managed to hold our heads up high for a little while any ways. Today marks a new start and challenge as it were as we are no longer going to fall victim the small step we managed today hopefully will lead the way to other goals we have set our selves. i have started this thread to say thanx to everyone and will use it in the future to keep everyone updated as to our progress.

tomorrow postponed review with dmp goes ahead reducing dfd by
another 4 years

at the weekend 2nd cca letters go out recorded delivery

the judge uncovered the fact that the original debt to the original creditor was 200 they were demanding over 1000 so he said they have to satisfy him as to how they have reached that figure plus they didn't turn up either so that didn't go down too well with the judge. its isn't as scary as u imagine still very serious but its in a room with the judge and the clerke not in the dock or anything :j
  • :D today submitted reviewed soa to dma when they confirm it will bring dfd to wait for it guys...... 5 and a half years:j :j :j :j not bad to say when we started it was 17:beer:

Glad we could help , and hopefully you could get the one that went to court deemed unenforceable due to no CCA. But would be best to keep playing what you are to them for now .

Did you exchange details ? Sometime unseen damage can be done , if you were shunted forwards it must have been a firm impact . In those circumstanses you should take details just incase . What would happen if person infront put in a claim against you ? They could claim whiplash even days later . Whiplash claims are commanly settled at £2200. Sorry not trying to blacken your day .
