I have a letter from Northern Ireland Office (Constitutional Policy & Liaison Dept.)
It is dated 10 November 2010 and is a reply to a letter from me to Hugo Swire.

One sentence reads as follows............
"This funding constituted a £175m loan to the Executive and a cash contribution of £25m; this meets in full the exact request made by the Executive."

Would somebody please remind NI Executive MLAs that this PMS demise was a "devolved matter".
A former Secretary of State made that clear in the House of Commons.
Also ask them why we were not treated like other parts of the United Kingdom.

I am fed up writing to them.

UTV live have just shown the front page of tomorrows Newsletter (THURSDAY 18th) and there's a story on it about PMS directors ???? Sorry I wasn't paying more attention...will have to wait till tomorrow to find out more !!!

The Truth Has Out.

Now we know something of what was in the Administrator's Report on the Directors to DETNI.

Amazing that Stafford Carson, PCI envoy on PMS matters speaks immediately on their defence.

Just as I imagined PCI were condoning the running of an illegal bank, unregulated and managed by incompetent directors.

Pressure must immediately go on PCI to alleviate the resulting bona fide savers' suffering.

I know of two lobbying groups that are meeting immediately to discuss this recent development.
