Has anyone asked the moderators here why the thread has been moved?

Would it be worth asking if our thread can be reinstated on the NI section?

Even though I'm logged in my connection keep dropping, and I have to re log in

This is the only place now blogging in regard to PMS and it will be much harder for people to find the information.

We wouldn't be being censored would we?

Might be better suited for the Savings board, possibly more coverage?

Yes. Yes. Yes. Don't see why they moved it, it is a NI locally focussed/centred problem and I can't see too many PMS savers from SE England, Yorks, etc being interested [unless they've migrated from NI] - it's the first board for NI people to go. How many people o/s NI have posted on this thread?

Surely not  . Next thing it'll disappear altogether. Keep personal names out of here, don't give them an inch of an excuse.
This story has been kept rather quiet, no?

Yes - that's what the 'powers that be' want, but NI PMS savers on here [and other NI folk] are trying to keep it in the public eye.

If that was the case then understandable. Still think the NI board is more appropriate for locals.
  • I have already sent an email to "those in charge" and i have PM'd the person that i think did it. Other threads have been moved as well, its not just ours. A general clean up of the threads I think. Really bad timing for PMS investors and those following this thread. The thread can only be seen in the discussion time thread and you need to be a signed up member of the site to access it.
Fingers crossed it will make it back to where it belongs sooner rather than later.

No mention in mine today; I believe it may be mentioned next week.

As we arrived in church today the petition was on the church vestibule table and was already on it's 2nd A4 sheet. Half way through the service our Minister spent several minutes explaining about the petition and reading excerpts from the Moderator's letter. The Minister apologised for not yet having individual copies of the letter for everyone but said that this would be done by next Sunday. He offered to pray with and provide Pastoral support to anyone distressed about the situation. The link to the online petition was in the printed announcements and also on the Power Point Screen at the front of the church. I thought our Minister handled it well.
I have not "challenged" him about the situation on a one-to-one as I might say too much, I prefer the outlet for my views/emotions provided by this forum.
My Minister is a Godly man who has pastored me and my family excellently and I don't want this whole PMS debacle to damage the good relationship that we have with him.

    4. We can't have a public meeting - as we need 10% of the total amount of savings - the figure we are not allowed to know????????? and we also can't afford to pay for it as our money is tied up - we therefore are DENIED our RIGHT to a Creditors Committee.

Looking at the administrators report, I think the creditors meeting has to be booked within 5 days of the report being sent out.

I would imagine the creditors committee can still happen

It's all very short notice isn't it? :o[/quote

Apparently the Administrators would arrange a Public Meeting even after 5 days, as long as 10% of the total amount we are talking about - say we need 20 million worth of investors to apply individually - If we were successful in getting a Public Meeting, then and only then, can we arrange a CREDITORS Committee from the Public Meeting.

However I feel the Public Meeting would cost a lot of money and really as I understand that the Administrator is legally bound to TELL US NOTHING.

SO therefore - any chances of a CREDITORS COMMITTEE have been taken away from us - because the only way to get a CREDITORS COMMITTEE IS VIA THE PUBLIC MEETING.

If someone else knows another way - please advise.
