Someone asked if the judge- who described savers as 'investors' -might be challenged about making this distinction. ....Stafford Carson replied that due to a number of legal issues ( which I don't have time to type up) he couldn't be.
Am I missing something? What judge described PMS savers as investors and when?0 -

I did my best to recall the main points of last nights meeting as far as I could recall. It was late by the time I got home, and even later by the time I typed up my minutes. If I have mis quoted the way the question was asked, I hope you'll forgive me, but I think the question related to Judge Deenys decision as outlined in the article below.

Joy,
Thanks for your reply. Maybe the question was about the creditor / shareholder distinction.

These are the people ( and secretary ) with prime responsibility for the downfall of the PMS. As I don't believe that shareholders will see their savings again; I think it is even more important that the directors be held to account for their actions, or lack of actions.0 -

Did anyone hear if there going to be a placard protest tomorrow at the working group at Stormont ie calling on its chairman Mr Paterson to honour his pre-election promises?
Any substance to this?0
