I am finding it difficult to feel upbeat about the Moderator's meeting with Ian Pearson - I am unable to detect any optimism in his comments.

The Treasury obviously doesn't intend to help - the situation has been 'impressed' on them countless times.

I want to know why creditors have not heard from the Administrator.

!2 Feb. He was discussing matters relating to proceedings in court with his solicitors.
Nearly a month later we have not heard from him.

What is he getting paid for.


Creditors and to some extent shareholders do have rights in the circumstances.
