hi,my sister died 13 years ago and left 2 kids behind, aged 13 and 8 with her partner, not the father of the children.they were left £21000 each for when they were 18,which was kept allegdely by the father in trust. the older child got her money to buy a house at 20,but the younger kid was refused at 18 ,and told that he changed it to 21,anyway when 21 came around he was told it was upped again to 25.now it comes to light he alleges he has spent it,and he cant have anything. he has his own business which is going downhill, but owns 4 properties including the one he resides in,what i need is some sound advice as where the unfortunate kid turned adult stands, and as to being able to claim the money which would of accrued interest as well by now, probably to over 30000.

Surely you need some expert professional advice - not just any solicitor, but somebody with specialist knowledge. A start might be to use the following site -
http://www.step.org/
Clicking on "Find a Practioner" should give details of some local experts.
Hope you are able to sort this out.".....where it is corrupt, purge it....."0 -
