Do you have this Digital photo frame? If you do then how do you download pictures from the PC straight onto the photo frame?
It doesn't come with a USB port but i had one already here at home, but when I connect the computer to the frame, nothing happens. Any ideas?
Thanks

it looks like the frame has slots for a range of memory cards, so transfer the pictures to a memory card (xd etc) and insert the card into the frame.
the frame has internal memory as well so plug it in via usb and click on "my computer" to find your frame. then drag and drop or cpoy and paste you pic's from the pc to frame0 -

Somehow I cannot transfer photos onto my memory card because My camera settins won't allow me to. Windows says there is a problem.
The Digital frame doesn't come with a disc, you are supposed to transfer photos from the PC onto the frame straight away with the USB lead. It says in the booklet that if multiple USB devises are connected to a computer or if a hub is used, there may be a problem. What does that mean?0 -
try bypassing the computer completely
take the card out of the camera and place it directly into the frame.
the makers are suggesting you unplug unused usb devices and try again. (webcam printer etc) a hub connects multiple devices to one port, so avoid using this for your frame (plug directly in to the pc)0 -

When I connect the USB to the frame from the computer, it automatically takes me to my lexmark printer to transfer my photos from the memory card to my computer, but it doesn't allow me to transfer from my computer to the memory card.
I have no USB devises that don't need to be connected to the PC.0 -
you need a card reader(poundland) plug this into you pc's usb slot, open my computer and find your card details drag/or copy and paste pictures that way...we have just purchased one for in laws... when ours is plugged in via usb lead it has 3 or 4 drives on it but only one is for the card that is inserted in frame....spanky xx

I'll try that then thank you.0 -
When you connect the frame to your PC does the sd card in it not appear as a disk in 'My Computer'?
If it does then I reckon you could drag and drop straight away without the need for a card reader.0 -

In 'my computer' there should be a list of your drives such as hard drives, dvd drives etc and if your card is seen by the PC it should appear there. I have just connected my camera containing an SD card into my usb port and it showed up as a camera icon. Sadly it did not allow me to drag and drop anything but that does not mean it will not work for you.0
