Looking to get a super balance transfer card to fund my business account for paying suppliers until sales improve, I have been warned however not to make any purchases with this card for reasons most of you guys probably understand more than I do.
So my question is can I get another credit card specifically for purchases?
Is this normal in the credit card world or am I being greedy?

Yes you should get a separate card for purchases so as not to interfere with your Super Balance Transfer Card. It would be good if you can get a 0% purchases card aswell.
I think this is normal having had in excess of 13 cards held simultaneously. Greedy ?? Probably but I wouldn't let that worry you

Thanks Nick,
I don't think I am ready for 13 cards:eek: but might well go for the 2, do you think it matters whether I apply for both at the same time or should I get 1 before the other.
Also any suggestions of good card offers would be great as these would be my first ever cards so not really sure what I'm looking for.0 -

A couple of considerations. If you will pay the balance in full each month, get a card that gives cashback - the interest rate does not matter if you will never pay any interest. If you will owe money on a card then a low interest rate is the priority.0 -
cheers for the thought dipstick but I'd rather not have the pressure of have to make the payments just to avoid interest,
Would the cashback be worth the agro?

Amex Platinum offers 5% for first 3 months..
Paying balance in full isn't a pressure, only spend on the card what you can afford to pay back!Kavanne
