Yup, I received the same email and had to resubmit details. Think they may have got swamped with requests and decided to ignore all unless we confirm details.

I had the email too. Did anyone else notice this bit in the T's + C's on the confirmation page?

"Samples are between 0.5ml to 2ml in the form of vials, sachets, bubbles and card strips."

I'm sure that wasn't there before.

Edit: It wasn't! This it was it said when we signed up:

"Samples are between 1.2ml and 2ml and are in the form of vials."

Hmm, I'm feeling slightly cheated. :rolleyes:
