Booklet printing using iMac

Have a Canon iP4300 printer which used to be hooked up to a Windows 98 PC.
One useful function was "booklet" which printed duplex back to back in A5 format from A4 copier paper.
This function doesn't seem to be available on the iMac despite my having installed the printer on the machine using the supplied disk.
Any ideas please?
