ICESAVE for those with same email for 2 people etc

I've raised this new thread for those in the same boat to reassure. I claimed OK on my account but was unsuccessful on my wife's who had same email address (I operate it as she is tax free). Some difficulty with Newcastle so I sent a plain new email to fscs saying had had the 2nd email but the account was not allowing claim. I quoted my wife's User ID and it was sorted when I logged in today after they sent another 2nd email to my address.

This is good news indeed, that fscs resolved your problem so quickly. For record, what email address did you use to commucate with fscs? It will help anyone else who might also need to communicate with them to resolve a problem.

Hi. I've received the second email to claim but the account does not contain the necessary permission once I've logged in. Can you please get Newcastle to sort. My User ID is XXXXXXXX and it can be seen that this is registered to this email address.
