Winners List for Burlesque Comp

I just got this e-mail:

Dear Competition winner,

It is with great regret that we could not supply you with tickets for the above competition as the company who were to supply the tickets were forced to close.
We were told by the representative of the company that all winners would be contacted by them (see email below) but it seems that this was not followed through from their side

As stated in clause 9.1 of our competition terms and conditions (http://www.independent.co.uk/service/independent-competition-rules-759575.html), INM will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent the competition being fulfilled.
However, as a good will gesture, we are willing to reimburse you with a cheque of £25 (which is the value of the tickets), due to the confusion caused.

We will mail out a cheque to you in the next couple of weeks and once again can only apologise for this inconvenience.
Please provide us with details of who you would like the cheque made payable to and which is the best postal address to use.
