application crash caused by sony ericsson software

last night i installed the latest pc suite for my sony ericsson phone and now when i log on i get a message saying that CAPI_worker module has stopped working. when i click check online for a solution it says it is down to the pc suite and that i should install the most recent version. however according to the site it is the latest version.
is there anything i can do? or am i just going to have to uninstall the pc suite to stop the crash happening?

Uninstall it
Run 'ccleaners' cleaners (top 2)
then reinstall

it didnt happen when i logged on tonight. i always run ccleaner before i log off. i am more worried about what that application crash means for the pc. i dont even know what the application is.

i have since changed some settings in the pc suite and i needed to connect the phone to register the software fully. so maybe doing all that has sorted the issue somehow.

i have had this error for ages, windows suggest updating to the latest version, but it still happens, considering uninstalling for good and finding a suitable 3rd party software.

i am considering just getting rid. i am not sure how much i am likely to use it. the version that came with the phone wouldnt install due to vista compatibility issues i think. at least the seperate disc2phone update seems to be fine which is the main thing.
