    Okay then, me first....?
Taking into account my current 15 minute miles i would like to set a time of 78 minutes, which will be 6 x 13minute miles... (i know it is more than 6 miles technically but round figures here!)

So, Maz - aim 78minutes! (which is the same as my one and only other 10k in 2004... i wasn't much fitter then either)
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
    (it's part of my charm!)

Well, I did the Glasgow 10k this May in 68mins so will make that my target when I repeat the run next year.

If I manage that I reckon I'll go for a 64min run in Leeds, if not 68min will remain the target.

    Does that make sense?

As the route goes past my flat I was wondering if people wanted to come round here and do the cheering from here? I can do some sandwiches and things. I'm close to the city centre, it's walkable or the bus is £1.10 to the centre (probably less to the merrion centre end of town). Just a thought.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
