woop woop lovely to see the thread back in action and count down is on now!! Training re-starts tomorrow but have to get LM under my belt first then I can start speed training for a 10k.

I'm going for the Toni Basil 'Hey Mickey' look
!!!!!! :eek: I've just done a Google to get a pic of her to show my outfit - she is 65 now!!!! That means she was 39 when she did Hey Mickey!!

Instead I found this for us all to get off step perfect by the time we meet

Hi Maz, I am booked and as you know my training has taken a serious setback due to the double dose of flu I have been suffering from for the whole of December.....

However, tomorrow I WILL get back in the saddle and run..........honestly.....
