Just edited the first post to take into account aim times! 50 minutes Sally doesn't give us cheerers time to get much *cheer* inside us before we hot foot it to the finish line for you...

Seen as BB has bumped the Manchester Meet thread, i thought it would be a good time to resurrect the thread for the Leeds Runforall meet!!

I know it's aaaaages away but figured we can post our training on here too....

I'll start, i went out today and got 3.5 miles under my belt!! woop woop!!

I've decided i need to manage over 3 miles on every run i can. Some of the club runs are shorter but am going to set myself a 3 mile minimum for january on my non club runs (i.e. weekend run)


so guys, maybe time for a headcount of who's who, who's running, who's supporting, who's kipping where etc etc????

Everyone let me know how the training is going??!!

I need to start making my pom poms and get my cheerleader suit dry cleaned . (No Sar, not !!!!!! porns as you read it last time! :rotfl: ) I'm staying at the Best Western place I stayed at last time we met in Leeds.
