Hope someone can help.
On 21/10/08 ordered an paid £198 to B&Q for loft insulation.Surveyor arrived today from Mark's Insulation and informed me B&Q had now changed it's offer and the deal now would only pay upto a maximum of 80m2,if i wanted the job to go ahead i would have to pay the balance £210.
When I ordered insulation the was no mention of a maximum coverage area,B&Q have rectified their website.
Can i demand B&Q honour the deal they made with me.

I'd write to them, send it recorded delivery, stating there were no conditions on your order at the time of placing it and you expect them to honour their agreement in taking your money. The other people to try are your energy supplier, they offer reduced cost insulation. We went through Scottish Power, and even though we don't receive benefits they did our loft/hot water tank for free.0
