Email + pics question

I've just received an email from an estate agent with details of properties which I requested. Unfortunately on this occassion none of the houses described, contain the pictures alongside, they are all grouped together at the end of the email (all 24), so this does not make for easy recognition.

I am wondering if I have clicked on something I should'nt have. My email is via yahoo on windows vista ultimate. Yesterday I swithched from Classic to their new layout and back as I prefer the old version.

I diverted the email to my hotmail account and the blocks where pics should be are grey. |Incidently all saved emails with pics can be seen on yahoo, does that suggest it is a problem from the sender.

It is possible for the sender to have a problem or its the way the information was sent as it cannot be read correctly on your email programme.

You do not say which email programme you use on your PC apart from the web based Hotmail.

Do you use Outlook express? When you open the email is there an attachment in the toolbar at the top or is all the information in the main body of the email?

Ask the agent sending you the details how they are sending them to you.

Is there anything in the "properties" of each piccy, if you know what I mean .. right click on a piccy and go to the bottom of the drop down list and click on "properties" .. it may contain information.

I've received house notification today, with the houses viewable along side, but from a different agent. me thinks it was the sender that had failed to send those others differently. I have notifed him.
