"The UK's second biggest energy company says it is "optimistic" that domestic prices could be cut early in 2009. "
Call me cynical but I assume by early they mean March onwards when most of us will be using a lot less gas and Elecy.
Wouldn't it be nice if they made the cuts in Winter when we need it most.
