Boot Manager

Having tried out a couple of Linuxs I think I would like to really try them out properly so can anyone suggest a good and safe boot manager to allow me to use Linux and Bill Gateses bloatware together.
Alternatively when installing Linux does it come with one automatically.

When I used Fedora linux a boot manager came with it.

Probably standard on most distros as most people I would say run dual boot windows/linux just incase something doesn't work quite right under Linux.
