probably not the best deal.
If you do a google search for the model number the only result takes you back the the ebay ad... so unless he's got the only one ever made he's got something wrong.
If he's got the midel number wrong then his rrp price could be well out.0 -
yep i agree bit strange that, cant find that model elsewhere, guess he might have got the model number wrong.its looks a good price but the reserve could be high anyway.0

thanks. i missed out on one a couple of weeks ago, hence looking at this one...
i also got an e-mail from someone who's obviously been watching what i've been bidding on previously and sent me a mail to say that he has one for sale if i want it - it's not this person though, as i've already sent him a question which he replied to by mail...0 -
A £250 item (and still the reserve is not met) from somebody who has never sold anything at all before. I wouldn't consider it.
Also if it is so wonderful, why did he buy a TomTom at the begining of the month? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5728720131This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Be careful, buying outside ebay has none of their (limited) protection. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Do a product search for Goodmans (I tried but found nothing...5 mins)
But I think on balance I would pass on it esp if he is buing a Tom Tom.
Probably OK but at that price.......hmmm0 -
thanks - it went for over £300 so i might aswell buy a tomtom for that price ;D0
