O2 Overdraft my Abbey

OK im getting some problem over on my bank, kinda getting annoyed as well. Nearly 2 month now i requessted a dispute from abbey asking to cancel anything from o2 since i have a payasyougo iphone and had cancel my monthly one from cooldown ages ago.

I don't use Abbey much because it haven't got any overdraft but o2 been charging for no reason

CARD PAYMENT TO O2(UK)LTD PREPAY ON 2008-08-13
£30.00 £-29.23

UNAUTHORISED OVERDRFT/INSTANT OVERDRFT MONTHLY FEE 25.00

INSTANT OVERDRAFT REQUEST FEE - PAID ITEM CARD PAYMENT TO O2(UK)LTD PREPAY ON 2008-08-13
35.00

Now it's repeating again, anyone know what type of charges is these from o2?

Its a card payment to O2 prepay - either you made it or you didn't, or you signed up for a monthly amount to be paid from your account against your PAYG phone to keep it live.

If you didn't pay anything and you didn't sign up it could be a fraudulent transaction and just conicidence it is also to O2.

    Check your iphone PAYG paperwork.

The paperworks fine as i never used abbey to topup instead i use hsbc and 12month frree online as well, for first time i had this problem i phoned in o2 asking why they charged me though they ask me to discontinued. It is probably fraudulent transaction but i ask abbey to dispute but after 2 month they had not even sent a letter but all those sign up Abbey credit card.
