Sold two highly priced items through ebay.. the same buyer won both.

They had `0` feedback. I invoiced them and they paid by paypal immediately.

How can someone with `0` feedback be a confirmed Paypal user??

Going on my own experiences I didn`t use paypal for ages after joining ebay and theres not that many sites that offer paypal as a payment method!!

I`m abit concerned, and would like some thoughts.

A "verified" paypal user is someone who has been through the procedure to confirm their address and bank details. This can be done pretty much immediately. I don't think their ebay feedback rating has any effect on their status with Paypal. Or did you mean something else by "confirmed"?

If concerned, wait until the money has transferred to your bank account before sending the items and be sure to send by a method such as special delivery which is electronically tracked all the way

If someone pays you with a credit card for a ebay purchase ( via paypal )
Paypal give you the option to upgrade to a premier account regardless of your feedback rating ( if i remember rightly ).

the difference between a Personal account and a Premier or Business account is
