FYI - my small local Post Office always quotes the same rates as are on the Post Office website, plus they were the most competitive rate after checking all the usual suspects in our nearest big town.0 -

If you live in London, the best offer you'll get is from TEG. By comparison you'll get £252 for your $400 instead of £239 from the post office. TEG has only two branches though, in Victoria and in Strand. Check out their website:
