I'm trying to follow the guide as in reducing your phone bill, i managed to switch from NTL to BT with no probs, I registered with Just dial saver, recieved a confimation saying We are currently processing your application and will advise you of the
outcome within the next 48 hours that was on the 19th
Today I sent a email asking for confimation etc and It was returned
This is the qmail-send program at mgw.telco4u.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
<care@justdialsaver.com>:
Sorry, I wasn't able to establish an SMTP connection. (#4.4.1)
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too
long."
Can anyone shed some light on this?

Many people have eperienced similar problems contacting Just Dial - their CS is atrocious.
MSE Martin has organised this email address for us to use so try that instead.
mse@just-dial.com0 -
Had same problem contacting just dial, makes you think have we just changed over to problems.0

If you are unhappy with JDS,now part of Talk Talk CPW. Try Primus/Planet Talk who are recommended by other money savers
See: http://www.planet-talk.co.uk/SaverProducts.aspx?source=saverPF.0 -
Thanks think I will have to try them as I have had no feedback at all from just dial, even using the mse email addy
Just looking at Primus now, seems almost identical to just dial, except from one important thing your given a contact phone number0 -
They also answer emails. All that I have sent, usually in the evening, have been answered first thing the following morning.0

I too had problems contacting Just Dial. First message sent using their online form at beginning of December. Got confirmation message (3 times) followed an hour or so later by the mailer-daemon error (again 3 times). This triplication, I later found, was because I was using Firefox. Internet Explorer produced same results, except there were only single confirmations. The email address given is also never replied to and it really makes you start to worry what kind of company this is, as it's their ONLY means of communication.
I had to laugh when the postman dropped in an advertising flyer from them.. Lots of boasts about money saving (2nd class mail, no envelope, matt paper, etc). Then I tried their website at the bottom of the page. Seems like they saved some money on printing too and missed out the all-important hyphen betweem the words just & dial on their web address. https://www.justdial.com is a different company in India. It should have been https://www.just-dial.com
Oh, and someone can't spell 'received' properly on the confirmation subject line from them. That really says a lot about their professionalism!0
