    cant u go back to a restore point before the virus?
    xxxxxmne does one nightly so i f i have issues i just go back to an earlier restore point xx

    System Restore won't get rid of the virus though I'm afraid hun, most of them embed themselves in the registry and Restore wont fix that.
    That ain't working! That's the way to do it, money for nothing and TV's for free ;)

I was looking for a programme called DS on my PC!! :o :rotfl::rotfl: Oh, I'm not touching his PC, whenever I get a problem on mine my immediate reaction is "MAAAAAAAAAAAARK!" because I haven't got a clue. The poor thing is sick to death of sorting things out for the pair of us. :o I'll tell him to look out for it tonight though. :D

    My PC seems fine, neither the anti-Malware nor AVG have picked up anything so do you think it's OK to pass on these parcels I have sitting here?

    Yeah I recon, send it to me first if you like hun, my system will soon squeal if theres anything wrong with it. Oh and no need to :o It was once my job to train all the old biddies in the Library Service to ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) standard, believe me I've dealt with people that would make you look like Bill Gates :rotfl:
