Can anyone help with 2 questions please........
How long do penalty points stay on licence?
Fixed Penalty notice issues with £60 fine and points but notice does not say how many points, if it always 3 ? ( using mobile while driving, not me )

Standard is 3 points, valid for 3 years, on licence for 4.. and I believe some insurance co's ask if you've had any points in the previous 5 years so even if they are 'spent' after the 3 years you still have to inform them of this.0
